Western State Hospital – Building 29 Addition & Remodel

This project focuses on improving Wing D and E of Building 29 by remodeling and adding to the first and second floors. We’re introducing a new gymnasium, courtyard, and secure outdoor recreational area, accompanied by necessary site adjustments including parking and utility work. The work involves carefully removing some interior walls and floor finishes, as well as updating mechanical and electrical systems. The modernization covers 38,910 SF, with an additional 8,710 SF allocated for new construction
