Tacoma Online Learning TI

The Tacoma Online Learning Tenant Improvement is a renovation of the 1st floor at the building on 9th and Broadway in Downtown Tacoma. This Design-Build project included demo, upgrades to mechanical, electrical and fire sprinkler systems along with new office spaces, classrooms, meeting rooms, a dance studio and a recording studio.
