The Central Avenue Replacement Elementary School project began with the abatement and demolition of the existing multi-building campus and site work. The third similarly designed school that Neeley Construction has built for the Franklin Pierce School District, Central Avenue is a new two-story, wood framed, fully sprinklered structure with complete electrical and mechanical systems. In addition to the landscaping and irrigation systems there were site and utility improvements, and offsite frontage improvements along 104th Street East included in this project.
