Poulsbo Events & Recreation Center – Phase 1

The Poulsbo Events & Recreation Center Phase 1 project includes site development, street and sidewalk improvements. The project will feature two synthetic turf fields, sports courts, a playground, parking with EV charging, retaining walls, lighting, stormwater connections, and new trail and pedestrian links to adjacent areas.

The project also includes installation of owner-furnished elements such as pre-engineered buildings (multipurpose facility with restrooms and storage, storage building, and two pavilions), playground equipment, field lighting, and synthetic turf, requiring coordination with multiple contractors.
