Hops Alley & Heritage Park Phase 2

We’re excited to be transforming two parcels in the City of Sumner into a new and improved festival parking lot designed with the community in mind. The project includes new lighting for safety and visibility, upgraded walkways for easier access, and beautiful landscaping to enhance the overall experience. We’re also installing pervious pavement for better drainage and sustainability, along with modern signage and structures that will make the space both functional and inviting. These improvements will create a more accessible, organized, and enjoyable area for events and everyday use.
