The scope of the project includes re-construction of the existing siding at Carson Elementary School. The scope shall include but not limited too; site supervision, temporary fencing, material hoisting, demolition of existing siding and trim, selective demolition of existing weather barrier/rainscreen, installation of new weather barrier, joint preparation at similar materials (new joint flashings), installation of new plank siding and trim, caulking, protection of existing metal flashing, removal and reinstallation of exterior attached items, and new painting.

The scope of the project includes repair of the existing roof/eave condition and sunshade re-construction at Rogers High School. The scope shall include but not limited too; site supervision, temporary fencing, material hoisting, demolition of existing eaves, Glu-Lam Beams, sunshades, selective demolition of existing roof systems, installation of new rough carpentry fascia, structural supports, Glu-Lam Beams, roof systems, metal flashings, roof drainage and new finishes. Repairs, demolition and re-construction to the existing sunshades are included in the scope and further defined in the bid documents.

The Work includes, but is not limited to: The scope of work includes but is not limited to exterior improvements to the existing softball and baseball fields at Lindbergh High School. Scope includes replacing the existing grass fields with synthetic turf, new field lighting, dugout replacements, fencing, concrete sidewalk and stairs, railings, scoreboards, stormwater, and site utilities / infrastructure.

Modernization of approximately 8,600 SF of existing school building, and multipurpose building, and new 2,700 SF gymnasium building. Sitework includes parking and driveway improvements, field drainage, upgraded ADA paths, perimeter fencing and security cameras. Septic work is limited to tie-ins for new plumbing fixtures.
