A. Complete and return the invitation to bid information sheet to receive bid invitations from us.
Q. What are Neeley Construction’s Insurance Requirements?
A. The required coverages, limits, and Additional Insureds are identified in the Subcontract “Appendix 2”. Please refer to our “Subcontractors” section for a sample certificate of insurance.
Q. What are Neeley Construction’s Safety Requirements?
A. All subcontractors entering a project site will provide their site specific safety plan along with Neeley Construction’s Safety Orientation checklist to our office before work can begin. Please email or send hard copies to Neeley Construction’s office.
Q. Where can I find bid documents?
A. Most bid documents are available at local plan centers and online. For links to bid documents, please refer to our “Subcontractors” section for future bidding projects.
Q. When can I expect to get bid results?
A. We do our best to provide feedback after bids; however, at times this may take longer than others based on the size of the project, etc. If you are looking for bid results, please call our office and we will do our best to provide timely feedback.
Q. What is your billing cut off date?
A. Please submit your monthly billing by the 20th of each month.
