Scale Racing

Scale Racing was an 11,000 SF Tenant Improvement, converting an existing masonry and wood framed warehouse to an entertainment facility to host International Slot Car Racing events, parties and banquets. This project required significant seismic improvements and site redevelopment. The transition was phenomenal as the building façade and presence on the street was designed to attract car enthusiast from the neighboring Griots Garage in Tacoma. Neeley won the project through an interview process after the design was complete and permit ready.
